Cowboys' Sean Lee: '50 Percent Chance My Dad Gets In A Fight At Eagles Game'
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Eagles fans are likely to be pretty riled up on Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field, with the team having won two straight games, and the Cowboys in town with the division lead on the line. But it won't just be Eagles fans who will be ready for the game.
"I probably have about 15 [tickets]. I got about 15 and the brave ones will be wearing the Cowboys gear," Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee said on Thursday in an interview with 94WIP's Anthony Gargano and Glen Macnow. "I think they're all Cowboy fans to be honest. A lot of family is coming from Pittsburgh. There's about a 50 percent chance my dad gets in a fight, so we'll see. We got to get him out of the stadium quick."

Lee was drafted in 2010 by the Cowboys, with whom he's spent his entire NFL career.
"Unfortunately, I grew up a Pittsburgh Steeler fan, so when I was coming out, when you get to State College---you don't really root against the Eagles until you get to State College and that Steeler rivalry up there is a pretty big deal. Unfortunately, I've been rooting against the Eagles for a pretty long time," Lee said. "It's the same deal. It's back and forth, but I mean when you're growing up you're not rooting against the Eagles or the Steelers. When you get up to Central, PA and you get to State College I think that rivalry gets worse. My roommate, Anthony Sirrotto who is from West Deptford, New Jersey was a huge Eagles fan. So we would smack talk each other all the time."
This weekend's game is likely to be a shootout, with neither team's defense having a ton of success so far this season.
"I mean, they're talented. Offensively, when you look at them, they have a ton of athletes at it starts with LeSean McCoy," Lee said. "He's not only one of the best running backs, or one of the best players in the NFL. His ability to make people miss is unbelievable and he really can play the game. I think he's that engine that really starts that offense. Other than that, they've got wide receivers, they've got two quarterbacks who can play. The offense is putting up a ton of points this year and they've played really well. It will be a challenge for us."
His alma mater, Penn State, has had an up and down season, losing to Indiana but winning an overtime thriller against the rival Michigan Wolverines.
"I mean all those guys who have gone up there have and really taken on a burden they had nothing to do with and represented the university in its toughest times," Lee said. "The guys who were there, the Michael Mauti's, the [Michael] Zordich's who were unbelievable towards the end of their career and then the young guys who have gone up now. It just makes me want to root for them that much more."
One of the players who has impressed Lee the most is freshman quarterback Christian Hackenberg.
"He's killing it, he's unbelievable right? I love---especially beating Michigan. When I was there, we couldn't---we beat Michigan my last year there [at Penn State] or I think we may have won up there in 2008, I was out, but we could not beat Michigan," Lee said. "We went there my freshman year, we lost with two seconds left and that was the only game we lost that year and to see him [Hackenberg] play like that, and that team come back and win, and especially against Michigan it makes it that much better."
