Corbett: "Not Worried About New Attorney General"

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Governor Tom Corbett's world changed considerably on election night, but he says he's not worried about the probe of his role in the Sandusky case that's been promised by the state's incoming, Democratic attorney general.
Governor Corbett says he even called attorney general elect Kathleen Kane to congratulate her on her win, even though her pledge to investigate his handling of the Jerry Sandusky case while he was attorney general was the virtual centerpiece of her campaign.
Kane says she wants to know why it took so long to arrest Sandusky. The governor says there can be no true investigation of him because to have that, there must be a criminal act, and he says he never committed a criminal act.
"There's no communication from me to anybody to slow down an investigation," Corbett said. "There's no communication from anybody to me that they were going to slow down for any political reason, and I wouldn't want them to."
Corbett again suggested that investigating an investigation that produced convictions on 45 of 48 counts is itself politically motivated.
