WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. (CBS) -- The Cabrini College community is mourning the death of a student today as police try to determine what exactly happened to him.
West Conshohocken Police say a 22-year-old Cabrini lacrosse player died in the home on the 200 block of Moorehead Avenue on Sunday.
Investigators say he was visiting friends there Saturday night.
When those friends awoke Sunday afternoon, the student was unresponsive.
Investigators say police performed CPR, but it was too late.
An autopsy will determine the cause of death, but preliminary findings suggest drugs may have been involved.
Police are not releasing the student's name until family is notified.
In the meantime, Cabrini College released a statement saying: "Cabrini has been informed of the death of one of our students, but we have no details at this time. We are saddened by the news, and our thoughts are with the student's family as we focus on supporting our community through this loss."
