Cops: Driver Distracted By Hat Flips Car In North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police say a driver distracted by his hat flipped his car over early Friday morning.
The accident happened at 17th Street and Susquehanna Avenue in North Philadelphia.
According to investigators, the unidentified driver was reportedly playing with his hat when he struck a parked car and flipped his car over on its side.
The driver was not seriously injured.
The accident remains under investigation.
