Convicted Philadelphia Scammer Back in Court on Fresh Charges

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A former Drexel University student who was part of a high-rolling identity fraud scam a few years ago is making headlines again.
She was the "Bonnie" in what was called a Bonnie-and-Clyde identity fraud scam which broke in 2007.
Jocelyn Kirsch was sentenced in 2008 to five years in prison for stealing IDs from friends, neighbors, and co-workers.
She was released from prison in 2011, in part for good behavior.
Then, in 2012, she stole an expensive purse from a Nordstrom's department store in California.
Today, she was back in US District Court in Philadelphia, before magistrate David Strawbridge, charged with violating terms of her parole.
She is represented by attorney Ronald Greenblatt. A final hearing is set for April 29th before Judge Eduardo Robeno.
Kirsch is facing parole violation charges. She has also accused of failing to make required restitution payments, which were part of her original sentence.
