- Brandywine River Museum has closed the museum for today.
- Bucks County Transport is closed.
- Camden County (NJ) Superior Court closing at noon today.
- Cheltenham Twp. Library System: all branches will be closed today.
- Chester County, Pa. government offices are closed.
- Cinnaminson (NJ) Municipal Court has canceled all court sessions today.
- Commonwealth of Pennsylvania offices will be on a three-hour delay for offices under the governor's jurisdiction in the Philadelphia State Office Building.
- Deptford (NJ) Free Public Library has closed for the day.
- Frankie's World Medical Day Care in Northern Liberties is closed to students.
- Grand View Hospital, in Sellersville, Pa.: classes are canceled today and this evening.
- Handy-Crafters in Thorndale, Chester County is closed today.
- Lumberton Township New Jersey Municipal Court is closed.
- Medford Lakes (Burlington County, NJ) Municipal Court: evening court has been canceled tonight.
- Montco S.A.A.C. in Norristown & Ambler are closed. Meals on Wheels for Norristown, Ambler and Glenside cancelled.
- Montgomery County courthouse and all county offices are closed today.
- Mount Moriah Apostolic Church, in Southwest Philadelphia, has canceled this evening's prayer service.
- North Light Community Center in Manayunk has closed the center and canceled all activities.

- Paoli Hospital mothers' breastfeeding group canceled.
- Phoenixeville Area Senior Center is closed.
- Pennsylvania Workmens Compensation Hearings in Malvern & Dresher are canceled today
- Planned Parenthood of Southern New Jersey has closed all service sites today.
- Pottstown Family Services Meals on Wheels is not operating today. Clients should use snow kits.
- Saint John Fisher Church, in Boothwyn, Pa., has canceled tonight's confirmation meeting.
