College Football: Temple Looks to Rebound From Toledo Loss at Ball State
MUNCIE, Ind. (CBS) - The Temple Owls were riding high after that impressive 38-7 win at Maryland a couple of weeks ago (see related story). But they came back down to Earth with a thud last weekend, as they lost to Toledo, 36-13, at Lincoln Financial Field.
This week, the 3-2 Owls continue MAC play as they take to the road to visit Ball State, on Saturday at 2:00pm.
This will be just the second meeting between these two schools, and the first in Muncie. The Owls won the only other matchup back in 2009, 24-19, at the Linc.
Ball State is 3-2 this season. Last week they were undressed at #3 Oklahoma, 62-6.
