College Basketball: Drexel Readies For Towson
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Drexel brings a 14-7 record into tonight's game against Towson University at the DAC.
The Tigers are just 4-17 on the season overall and 0-11 in the CAA, but Dragons head coach Bruiser Flint says they are better than that.
"I know their record doesn't indicate it, but they are talented," Flint (in photo) told KYW Newsradio this morning. "(Forward) Braxton Dupree is almost averaging a double-double, (forward) Isaiah Philmore is probably going to be an all-league player, (guard) RaShawn Polk is also a double-figure scorer."

Given the Tigers' struggles, Flint says, this is a game his team must have.
"Tonight, I'm hoping that we are ready to play. We talked about the big picture for us and the last few games and making a run to try and win the conference championship," he said.
The Dragons are 6-5 in the CAA, four games behind frontrunner VCU heading into tonight.
