Cold Case Cracked, Killer Arrested, Say Camden County Cops

CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) -- Investigators say they have cracked an unsolved murder case in Camden, and have charged the accused shooter with murder.
Investigators say it's been 12 years since Angel Pinto shot and killed John Rodriguez Jr. at the Chateau Bar, in Camden, after an argument.
"They did know each other, they had some history and they just didn't like each other," says Marty Devlin, a consultant with the Camden police department who worked on the investigation. "And this night it led to violence."
Devlin describes how police cracked the case: "Reinterviewing, interrogating, following up on clues."
And, he says, that led them to Pinto, who was living back in Camden after fleeing to Florida following the shooting.
Authorities have also charged Pinto's brother with witness intimidation in the case.
