Cliff Lee Is Reportedly Selling His Rittenhouse Condo
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- $6.9 million dollars. That's what Phillies pitcher Cliff Lee is asking for his Rittenhouse Square condo, according to CenterCityTeam.com.
Lee and his wife Kristen purchased the condo in 2011 for slightly under $5 million, according to the website.
Lee's three bedroom condo is a full-floor residence taking up over 4,100 square feet, with three bathrooms. There is also direct elevator access right to the front door.
All the rooms are painted a cool, crisp, clean white.
The building also contains a, "24/7 concierge, indoor pool, fitness center, resident's garden, and chauffeur-driven luxury car on site," says CenterCityTeam.com.
