Chip Kelly Sarcasm Report: 'If There's A S****y Call, He's Settin' 'Em Up' (Video)

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – It's been a while since the last Chip Kelly Sarcasm Report, but it's back with a bang.
Kelly was asked today if teams purposely call plays early in games to make the opposing team think they're doing one thing, when they're planning on doing another.
Instead of just denying it, the Chip Kelly sarcasm was turned up to full volume.
"Write that," Kelly said. "If there's a s****y call on Sunday, just say 'he's settin' em up.'"
Chip Kelly is the best.
