Chip Kelly Meets Up With Mike Trout In Arizona

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Chip Kelly has made it clear that the Eagles do their homework and meet with a lot of players. We'll consider this meeting more fun than business as on Tuesday, Kelly spent some time with Angels outfielder Mike Trout.
Trout is a native of Vineland, NJ and is a devoted Eagles fan. Visit his Twitter account on any Eagles game day and you can verify that.
The stars aligned for these two to see each other as the NFL Annual Meetings are taking place in Arizona which is also where the Angels go for spring training.
From the looks of Trout's hashtags, he is all in with Kelly's moves this off-season.
Assuming that this was just a friendly meeting, it must have been a great one for Trout who clearly loves the Eagles. However, knowing Kelly, he might have been scouting Trout in the outfield. Eagles are a little light at receiver.
