China White Returns to Arrow

Kelly Hu, returns to Starling City as China White, also known as Oliver Queen's iconic enemy. She is back to help Oliver's mother, Moira, (Susanna Thompson) with a favor. We hear that favor may or may not include murder. Never a dull moment!

Without wanting to give away too much, Hu said, "Just when you think you know what's going on, you don't." We're intrigued!
