Child Hurt When Wall Collapses In North Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A 10-year-old was injured when a wall came tumbling down in North Philadelphia Sunday afternoon.
The child was reportedly hit in the head with a brick on the 1500 block of North 26th Street and is recovering from minor injuries suffered.
L&I was on the scene to investigate. The wall was said to have been left over from a previous demolition because it was supporting the home next door.
Two occupants of that home are displaced. They are being assisted by the Red Cross.
