Chester County Swim Coach Arrested For Having Sex With A Student
CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) – A Chester County swimming coach has been arrested for sexually assaulting a minor.
Forty-seven-year-old Kenneth Fuller, of West Chester, was arrested for allegedly having sex with a minor student at least three times between April 27 and May 5 of this year, including once when he posed as the victim's father and had the student excused from school in order to meet him at a hotel and have sex. He also allegedly provided the underage victim with alcohol on two occasions.
Fuller is a swim coach at Rustin High School, and the victim is a swimmer on the team.
The allegations came to light after police interviewed the victim, who said she had been meeting her coach at locations that varied from parks and Starbucks to a Chester County hotel for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity. The accused had even provided her with a fake medical document from CHOP that stated she was a patient who had been treated there after he had called the school posing as her father.
Fuller is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, corruption of a minor, sexual assault and other related charges.
