Chester County Man Arrested After Allegedly Firing Shots
TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) – Police in Chester County have arrested a man for allegedly firing shots from a weapon and possession of a controlled substance after a search of his home yielded a firearm and drug paraphernalia.
Tredyffrin Township Police reported to a report of shots fired on Minor Avenue near West Central Avenue, where they found a resident, identified as 43-year-old Eric Matthew Feninger.
The subsequent execution of a search warrant at the suspect's house yielded evidence connected to the discharge of a firearm, including a Kimber 45 caliber pistol, holsters and magazines. Further evidence was located that connected Feninger to the distribution of marijuana, including a wide variety of drug paraphernalia.
Feninger was arrested and charged with violations of the Pennsylvania Crimes Code to include Possession of an Instrument of a Crime, a Misdemeanor the first degree; Recklessly Endangering Another Person, a Misdemeanor of the First Degree; Possession of a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance, Misdemeanor; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Misdemeanor; Disorderly Conduct, a Misdemeanor of the Third Degree and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, a Misdemeanor of the Second Degree.
No one was injured during the incident.
