Charles Barkley Undeservingly Throws Heat At Lebron James
By David Heim
Charles Barkley is going for the throat. Barkley decided to crack a few jokes Sunday on Jim Kozimer's Sports Talk Live, particularly at the brunt of Cavaliers superstar LeBron James and his newly-released movie Trainwreck.
"LeBron should call (Trainwreck) Trainwreck 2, because the finals was Trainwreck 1," Barkley said on the show.
They say those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. How many championships did Charles Barkley win? Zero. And while Barkley ranks as one of the best to play the game, the bottom line is that LeBron will arguably go down as the best ever.
Besides, asking LeBron to single-handily win that series against the Golden State Warriors with teammates Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving lost to injuries is a tough thing to do. He almost did it. Cut the King some slack Charles, he's an athlete and a movie star.
Although, Barkley does have bragging rights on the silver screen. He appeared in the widely-popular Space Jam back in 1996.
