Charges Filed Against Cabbie For Port Richmond Hit-Run
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police have arrested and charged a City Cab Company driver in connection with a March 24th hit-run accident that injured a pedestrian crossing the street in front of the Aramingo Diner.
Arwinder Bagga, 49, of Collingdale, Pa. (Delaware County) has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident (see related story).
The cab driven by the suspect was traced to a body shop where a broken headlight sustained in the hit run was being repaired.
The victim is still recovering from multiple injuries suffered in the crash.
