Man Charged With Murder For Shooting Outside Philadelphia Community Center
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police have announced an arrest in connection to the shooting death of a 29-year-old man in West Philadelphia.
The incident took place on August 31, and police say that the man's son may have witnessed the shooting.
Police say that Piere Burbage was found lying on the steps of the Mantua Haverford Community Center located on N. 39th Street. He was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Early reviews of surveillance video led police to say that it appeared that the victim had gotten into an argument with another man who opened fire and that the shooter fled the scene.
On Wednesday, police announced that arrest of Muhammad Johnson of Pratt Street. Johnson, 28, has been charged with murder and related offenses.
