CBS3's Ukee Washington To Be Keynote Speaker For Delaware State University's Virtual Commencement
DOVER, Del. (CBS) -- The coronavirus pandemic is upending graduation plans this spring. Now Delaware State University has revealed plans for its first-ever virtual commencement.
Our own Ukee Washington will be the keynote speaker for the ceremony on May 16.
