PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The temperatures continue to stay well below freezing. If it's too cold for you to be outside, it's also too cold for your pets to be outside.
Very few breeds are used to being outside in the really cold weather, so it's important that dogs be kept inside when the mercury drops.
