CBS3 Pet Project: PSPCA Volunteers
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- One of the ways nonprofits, like the Pennsylvania SPCA, are able to operate is through their volunteers.
The PSPCA is a "no kill" facility. That means a lot of animals spend a lot of time there until they can find a forever home.
In this week's CBS3 Pet Project, Carol Erickson introduces three special people who volunteer their time and know these animals better than anyone.
