The Salvation Army's "Joy Of Sharing"
Today marks the start of CBS3's toy drive in partnership with the Salvation Army, and to celebrate, "Talk Philly" is telling the stories of some of the families that are benefitting from the organization. Pat Ciarrocchi sits down with Joanna Cruz, a single mother of three, to discuss how her family is being helped by the Soup's On Program, a twelve week culinary training program.
