DuPont Hospital (Wilmington, DE); the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile® operated by St. Christopher's Foundation for Children and four scholarship programs for graduating seniors in the area. The charity receives its support from McDonald's Corporation, McDonald's Owner/Operators, corporate donors and McDonald's customers.
"Our staff has seen the comfort and peace of mind that the Ronald McDonald Houses provide families in crisis first-hand as volunteers," says CBS 3 and The CW Philly President and General Manager Jon Hitchcock. "That's one of the reasons why CBS 3 and The CW Philly are so proud to expand our on-air commitment to the Ronald McDonald Houses this year with a 14-hour event."
"Now in its fourth year, it is our hope that the phone bank will help increase the awareness of RMHC and raise the dollars needed to continue supporting the health and well-being of children and families in our area," says Mike Anton, McDonald's Owner/Operator and President of RMHC of the Philadelphia Region, Inc. "We are so appreciative of all our donors, sponsors, CBS 3 and The CW Philly for their support and commitment to RMHC."
