Caught On Video: Thief Steals Touchscreen Desktop From Daycare Center In Germantown
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for a suspect who was caught on surveillance video stealing from a daycare center in Germantown.
The incident occurred on Sunday around 6:25 a.m. at the Kids are Fit Day Care Center located at 6110 Germantown Avenue.
According to police, the suspect forced opened the door to the daycare and took an Acer all-in-one touchscreen desktop computer.

Police say he placed the computer in a shoulder bag and fled the daycare going south on Germantown Avenue.
The suspect has been described as a black male with a medium complexion, beard, mustache, sideburns and various tattoos on his face, neck and on the back of his hands. Police believe he's in his late teens or early 20's. He was wearing a maroon hooded sweatshirt with white draw strings, gray cargo pants, bright red sneakers and had a tan shoulder bag.
