Caught On Tape: Violent, Unprovoked Attack Inside Frankford Business
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- After being refused a light for his cigarette, a suspect snapped and attacked the man who refused him and the entire incident was caught on tape.
The frightening incident happened at about 11:30 p.m. on August 12th inside the Lucky Garden Chinese restaurant in the 4600 block of Frankford Avenue.

Surveillance cameras were rolling when the suspect entered the store and asked a 51-year-old man inside the store for a light for his cigarette.

The victim refused, which caused the suspect to make an aggressive move towards the male before walking out of the store.
Moments later, the suspect returned to the store and sucker-punched the victim. As the suspect continued to assault the victim, a second suspect walked into the store and reached into the victim's pants and stole his wallet, which contained identification and $300 in cash.
After taking the victim's wallet, both suspects ran out of the store.

The victim received lumps to his forehead and complained of pain in his ribs, but he did not seek medical treatment.
Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 25-30 years-of-age, with a stocky build and a light brown complexion. He was wearing a red Phillies t-shirt with "Werth 28" on the back and black shorts and white shoes.

Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 20-25 years-of-age, 5'8" with a thin build. He was wearing a black t-shirt, jeans and black shoes.
Anyone with information on the suspects is urged to contact police.
