Police: 1 Arrested, 2 On Loose After Car Strikes Bike Cop
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Philadelphia police bike officer was struck by a car in Center City on Wednesday afternoon.
Police say a car struck three vehicles and a bike officer on Broad and Walnut Streets.
Police say one person is in custody and two others are on the loose.
The bike officer was treated at the scene.
