SUV Flips On Its Side In Accident Involving School Bus In Elmwood; 1 Injured
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A driver was injured in an accident involving two vehicles and a school bus in the city's Elmwood section Monday afternoon.
The accident was reported at about 3 p.m. at S. 65th Street and Buist Avenue.
Investigators tell Eyewitness News an SUV lost control, colliding with a car and a school bus. The SUV ended up on its side.
The driver of the SUV was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with head injuries. There is no word on the victim's condition at this time.
Investigators say children were on board the school bus at the time of the crash, however, no one was injured.
