WOODBURY, N.J. (CBS) -- A 60-year-old Camden, NJ man is under arrest today, charged with Monday's stabbing death of a woman inside her apartment in Woodbury.
Prosecutors in Gloucester County say Richard Santiago was picked up Wednesday and now is accused of murdering 54-year-old Ramona Johnstone.
Bail for Santiago was set at $1 million.
Johnstone had testified against Santiago six years ago in the stabbing death of an acquaintance, Richard King, in 2004. Santiago was convicted of aggravated manslaughter, sentenced to nine years, and was paroled last May.
Santiago was picked up Wednesday on a parole violation, with murder charges added today. His case will go to a grand jury for possible indictment.
