Police: 3 Arrested In Camden School Bus Shooting That Injured 4-Year-Old Girl

CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) -- Three men are under arrest, charged with shooting up a park at a Camden public housing project in mid-September -- a shooting that injured a 4-year-old girl on a school bus with 27 children on board (See Related Story).
That girl was not seriously hurt, but for Camden County Metro police chief Scott Thomson, "It was a line in the sand moment for us. When someone pulls out an AK-47 in broad daylight and fires 14 rounds in a densely populated housing project and ultimately strikes a school bus, you very quickly become public enemy number one to us."
Police tracked the getaway car to a Philadelphia scrap yard. The gun has yet to be found, but police have apprehended the alleged trigger man, 24-year-old Sinclair Reynolds, along with his 22-year-old brother Dupree Reynolds and 20-year-old Frank Benson.
All three face charges topped by criminal attempted murder.
As to why this all went down, Thomson will only say it stemmed from "a conflict that came from the drug trade".
