PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Thinking of making a change and moving to the West Coast? California's wine country is getting ready for their annual harvest but they don't have enough people to make wine.
They say they need skilled, efficient, reliable workers available at their ready. However, many people have left the regions due to the wildfires.
One winery is offering two raises a year to compete with competition in the area.
