Rumor: Katy Perry is in a blood war against pop star Miley Cyrus. DENIED
Tabloid Life and Style reported that Katy got catty backstage at Canada's Much Music Awards. According to a post on Twitter, Katy loves Miley and thinks there is plenty of room for "California Gurls" to "Party in the USA."

This was originally a rumor on Twitter, until Rihanna confirmed it herself in a recent "Access Hollywood" interview.
Rumor: Katy Perry and Russell Brand will be married wearing latex. PLAUSIBLE
Anything can happen with these two. She doesn't bat an eyelash at the thought of donning a cupcake bra, while Brand was just spotted wearing ridiculous outfits (including a top hat and Underoos) for his newest role as a batty, bachelor millionaire in "Arthur." The British tabloid The Sun first reported the rumor in June, but the couple have neither confirmed or denied the bold report.
Rumor: Katy Perry is pregnant. DENIED
When Katy and Russell announced their engagement a mere four months after they started dating, the internet was a buzz with baby rumors. Could this couple be another Reese Witherspoon/Ryan Phillipe waiting to happen? Nope, Katy won't be taking maternity leave any time soon. She confirms that she is without child in this oddly graphic and specific tweet on Jan. 13, 2010<http://twitter.com/katyperry/status/7725284016>.
Rumor: Katy Perry will pose topless. CONFIRMED... and DENIED
Katy recently graced the cover of Rolling Stone and Esquire UK wearing only her hands for a shirt, but in an official Youtube interview<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UOtJUmiUZ08>, she was asked if she would ever pose for Playboy. She replied, "I would probably say no because I think... that's showing all your cards. And I always want to keep a couple aces up my sleeve. And plus I think it's a fine line to tease and then to just give it away, and I like to be considered more of the tease."
Rumor: The Beach Boys are suing Katy Perry. DENIED (mostly)
After Katy's song "California Gurls" became a hit in July 2010, the Internet was a buzz with rumors that classic rockers the Beach Boys were set to sue the Daisy Dukes off of Katy. In the middle of the song, Snoop Dog utters the line "I wish they could all be California Girls." This line is reminiscent of the Beach Boys' classic "California Girls." Perry shot the rumor down in a tweet on Aug. 6, 2010, and a representative from Rondor Music (who owns Beach Boys' music) announced that there is no formal lawsuit (but there is a "diminutive claim").
