Burning Body Found In South Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating after a body was found on fire in South Philadelphia early Thursday morning.
The deceased body was found near a mattress under the Passyunk Overpass on I-76 a little before 2:30 a.m.
Right now, authorities aren't sure if the fire was set intentionally or accidentally, and don't know if the body suffered any trauma before the fire was set.
The body was being taken to the Medical Examiner's office for further investigation.
