Burlington County Police Searching For Man Charged With Murdering Gas Station Attendant
WILLINGBORO, NJ (CBS) – Police in Burlington County are reaching out to the public for help finding a local man who has been charged with murdering a gas station attendant earlier this week.
Zedrick T. Johnson, a 34-year-old from Willingboro, has been charged with murdering gas station worker Bal Krishna Karki during a robbery at the Lukoil gas station at Route 130 North and Charleston Road on Feb. 11th.
Karki, 46, was an immigrant from Nepal who had been working at the station for five months. His body was later found by a customer who had stopped at the station.
Police say they were able to identify Johnson from surveillance video footage from the gas station and add that Johnson is also charged with robbing a Willingboro convenience store the morning after the gas station murder.
Johnson is described as a heavyset black male who is about 5'9" and 265 lbs.
