Bucks County Website Matches Job Seekers With Employers

WARMINSTER, Pa. (CBS) --- A Warminster mother and her teenage daughter have launched a new website using cutting edge technology to match job seekers with Bucks County employers looking to fill jobs.
Jennifer Schultz says there are nearly 20,000 people out of work in Bucks County. She started RecruitmentQueen.com to give local job seekers a way to connect with companies in their backyard.
She says it's designed to streamline the process by grading candidates based on their skills so employers don't have to sift through hundreds of applications.
"We have a number of different features which really helps to weed out the candidates who are unqualified for the position," she says, "so that they are really looking at those top level candidates."
Her daughter Ashley, 17, is using social media like Facebook and Twitter to reach out to other high school students and college students to let them know there's a resource if they're not experienced in looking for work.
The site is free for job seekers, but companies pay to post a listing.
