Portions Of I-95, I-495 In Delaware Shut Down Temporarily After Concrete Chunk Fell From Bridge, Hit Vehicle

WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) -- Portions of I-95 and I-495 in New Castle County were shut down on Wednesday after reports that a chunk of concrete fell from the Naamans Road Bridge in Claymont and hit a vehicle.
Engineers were conducting bridge inspections in the area where I-495 merges with I-95.
They have not found any areas of loose concrete or areas that need repairs.
The highways have reopened.
