By Matt Leon
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Defense was obviously a top priority for the Flyers at Sunday's NHL Draft.
They used four of their six picks on blue liners, including top selection Samuel Morin. The 11th-selection overall, he is 17-years-old, 6'6", and spent this past season in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
The Flyers also went with defense in the second round, selecting 18-year-old Robert Hagg out of Sweden with the 41st-overall pick.
The rest of the draft went like this for the Flyers:
3rd round - Tyrell Goulbourne LW Kelowna, WHL
5th round - Terrance Amorosa D Holderness High School - N.H.
6th round - Merrick Madsen G Proctor High School - N.H.
7th round - David Drake D Des Moines, USHL
