Car Fire I-95 NB Snarls Traffic
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)--A car fire on I-95 Northbound is snarling traffic approaching I-476.
The I-476 on ramp has been reopened, but there is still a backup.
Police and the Fire Department are on the scene. So far, no injuries have been reported.
