Boo! Local Paranormal Group Hosting Spooky Mansion Tour In Delco

CHESTER HEIGHTS, Pa. (CBS) - During this time of year, hundreds of haunted house attractions pop up just about everywhere you look.
But one public ghost hunt of a 180-year-old mansion in Chester Heights, Delaware County isn't your typical Halloween event.
"We have different spirits there," says Cleta Prince, with LightSeekers Paranormal Resolutions.
Prince is leading the investigation of the Parastudy mansion. She says the house is a hotbed for spiritual activity:
"When we have our different phycic fairs, we always have somebody say 'I just seen your cat' and we say 'no, that's a spirit cat.' And the same with dogs. They'll hear a dog barking and it's the dog that's living there in spirit."
The tour of the Parastudy house takes place Saturday night.
