Body Found In Delaware River
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A badly decomposed body was discovered near Penn's Landing on Saturday.
Officials uncovered the body on the surface of the Delaware River near Delaware Avenue and Spring Garden Street around 11 a.m.
An investigation is underway. There is no further information at this time.
