BLOG: Delco Camp Out For Free Chick-fil-A

By Jim Donovan: O.K. all of you Chick-fil-A fans, have I got a deal for you. How would you like to get a FREE Chick-fil-A Meal once a week, for a whole year? Well now is your chance. Actually 100 of you can snag this deal but first you'll have to camp out. That's right camp out!

A new Chick-fil-A location is opening up in Lima (Delaware Co.) this Thursday. In advance of the grand opening the owners are holding a Chick-fil-A camp out promotion.

Here is how it works: Beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, May 2 the first 100 people that show up at the new Chick-fil-A location (1190 West Baltimore Pike, Media PA 19063) between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. will have the opportunity to earn a free weekly meal.

At 6:00 a.m. those in line will be registered, (you need to be 18 years of age with a valid photo ID) and then have to camp out at the location for the next 24 hours until the official grand opening on Thursday morning. You can pitch a tent, crawl into a sleeping bag, your choice, but you can't leave for 24 hours. During the camp-in participants will be fed, and will be entertained with music and games. At 6 a.m. Thursday morning the camp-out winners will be presented with their grand prize, a FREE meal-a-week from owner Todd Kanzinger. Doors will then be open to the public at 6:30 a.m.

Now I love Chick-fil-A as much as the next person, but I'm not what you'd call a camping type of guy. I'm more like the "call room service" type! So if this sounds like too much effort, well there is another option. You and I can always head over to this new location during the week of May 7. Each morning a complimentary breakfast item will be available to customers.
