Bill Cosby Loses Appeal To Have Case Dismissed
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, P.A., (CBS) -- Bill Cosby's criminal sexual assault case, in Montgomery County, is headed to trial.
Today the judge, who refused to dismiss the case, denied Cosby's appeal of the decision. The comedian is accused of drugging and assaulting a former Temple University employee at his home in 2004.
Cosby is scheduled to be in court for a preliminary hearing on March 8.
