Big Sales On Christmas Trees On Christmas Eve

Philadelphia (CBS) – Many people wait to last minute to buy their Christmas trees.
Christmas tunes were playing at 4th and Oregon in South Philadelphia and the crackle of the fire burning in an old metal drum was keeping workers and Christmas tree shoppers warm.
Frita got a deal she says she purposely waited for the day before Christmas to get her tree.
"I was waiting for that tree to come down it was $90 the other day when I was here and now it's $40."
And she got the last purple tree.
