Top Children's Clothing In Philadelphia

Philadelphia offers an amazing array of clothing stores for kids. From chic to thrift, you'll find that you can dress your child from head to toe in everything from ironic t-shirts to designer dresses. We're breaking down some of our favorites by price, so you can set your budget before you leave the house. -Cecily Kellog

High-End

Philadelphia certainly has no shortage of spots where you can drop a bundle on clothing for the short set. Born Yesterday, located just off of Rittenhouse Square, is a longtime favorite, with everything from organic tees to educational toys to dresses fit for any special event. Only a couple of blocks away is the Children's Boutique, featuring knits, tops, toys and more (they also host many a special event to distract the kiddos while you shop). Across town near Washington Square, you'll find Lolli Lolli, a sweet little shop owned by a former lawyer, that also features designer duds and unique toys.

Mid-Range

From Manayunk to Center City, you'll find great spots that feature everything you need to dress the wee ones. Showing with Style offers a full range of stylish maternity clothes, as well as great clothing for infants and toddlers. Karl's, one of the oldest children's stores in the city of Philadelphia, not only has clothing but also furniture and accessories such as strollers.

Thrift

Sometimes, children wear an item only a handful of times before they grow out of it, and many of these items of clothing – near new – end up in our excellent thrift stores. Truth be told, you'll find thrift stores in every corner of the city, many of which offer children's clothes, but two of our favorites are below. Hope on 7th is an adorable small thrift store where you are likely to find excellent deals on good quality children's clothing. The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Center City might be a bit more run down, but they also offer a wider range of products with prices that can't be beat.
