Mother Asking For Early Birthday Cards For Young Cancer-Stricken Son

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A young boy battling cancer was able to get his dream job during a ceremony at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia on Thursday.
Three-year-old Benjamin Graham was sworn-in by Philadelphia Police Commissioner Ross as an honorary Philadelphia police officer.

Benjamin has been battling neuroblastoma since he was first diagnosed when he was 18 months old. He relapsed last June.
In an emotional video posted to Facebook, Amanda Graham, says her son Ben may only have weeks to live.
"What we didn't know is that the tumors have spread all over. You can see that his health is declining," Graham said. "His birthday is the 17th of April, but who knows if he's even going to make it until then. We're thinking about having an early birthday for him."
Graham is hoping people can send Ben early birthday cards to his hospital room.
