Basketball: Holy Family Women Ready for NCAA Tournament
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The Holy Family women's basketball team has earned its eighth consecutive berth in the Division II NCAA Tournament. The Tigers will open things up on Friday against a familiar foe: conference rival Goldey-Beacom College.
The teams met three times during the regular season, including in the CACC Title game, a game that Goldey-Beacom won, 66-54. Holy Family head coach Mark Miller says it's safe to say that there won't be any secrets in this one.
"We know about them, they know about us. It's going to boil down to kids making plays and good players make plays," Miller says.

Holy Family is 23-4, and Miller says they'll try to use the same recipe for success in the NCAA tournament they've used all year.
"Nothing changes," Miller says. "We have to play defense and we have to rebound the basketball. They (Goldey-Beacom) are quick and athletic and they are big, and if we can limit them to one shot and make their shots tough, I think we'll be OK. So for us it has to start on the defensive end and on the boards."
Holy Family is the #2 seed in the East Regional. This game will be played on the home court of the #1 seed, Bentley, up in Waltham, Mass. Tipoff is set for 2:30 PM on Friday.
