'Badly Mutilated' Body Found In Schuylkill River
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A body described as "badly mutilated" has been found floating in the Schuylkill River.
The mutilated torso was found floating in the river under the Grays Ferry Bridge.
Police say the body was discovered around 8 a.m. Tuesday.
An investigation is underway.
