Back To School, Back To Reality
Now that school is back in session, it's back to reality. No more late nights, and even later mornings staying in bed. Your kids probably are picking up additional activities, and you're trying to balance it all along with your own life. Dr. Argie Allen, Director of Clinical Training at Drexel University, has this advice to get your family on track:
- List everyone's activities
- Have a weekly family meeting
- Schedule meals in a tech free zone
- Pursue quality over quantity
- Encourage team support
