Atlantic County Woman Arrested, Charged For Robbing Pharmacy 3 Times
GALLOWAY TWP., N.J. (CBS)- Police say a 48-year-old woman was arrested and charged in connection to three robberies at a pharmacy in Atlantic County.
Police say Debra Conover, 48, of Galloway Township, entered the CVS Pharmacy located on Route 9 around 9:48 a.m. Thursday.
Allegedly, Conover walked to the counter and demanded pills and money, then displayed what appeared to be a handgun inside a plastic bag before fleeing the scene.
According to police, arriving officers searched the immediate area which led them to Conover on Waterview Drive.
Conover was taken into custody without incident and charged with three counts of armed robbery for three separate incidents at the same location.
