Armed Robbery Of Olney Rite Aid Caught On Tape
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are searching for an armed suspect who was caught on tape robbing a pharmacy earlier this week.
The robbery happened at about 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Rite Aid Pharmacy in the 5400 block of Rising Sun Avenue in the city's Olney section.

Surveillance video captured the suspect entering the store armed with a handgun and a white t-shirt covering his face.
The suspect approached the counter and pointed a gun at an employee and demanded money from the register.
After the employee opened the cash register, the suspect took $211 in cash and ran out of the store.
No one was injured.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 20 years-of-age, 6'0″, with a thin build and medium complexion. In addition to the t-shirt around his face, the suspect was wearing a black knit hat, a black jacket with a logo on the left front, black Nike pants and black sneakers.
